摘要
本文运用RAPD技术从分子水平上探讨了9个金针菇菌株的遗传距离测定及其在杂交育种中的应用。根据RAPD分析结果所估算的遗传距离将供试菌株分为3大类,按照亲本的遗传距离对各杂交组合的杂种优势进行了预测。实际结果表明,不同杂交组合的产量与预测结果基本一致,类内杂交组合大部分为低产组合,遗传距离较大的类间杂交组合杂种优势较强。因此,在分子水平上所估测的遗传距离不但能准确地反映亲本菌株间的遗传差异,并可以作为食用菌杂交育种中亲本选择的一个重要而有效的遗传参数.
The evaluation of genetic distance of 9 strains of Flammulina velutipes by RAPD analysis at molecular level was reported in this paper. According to gcnotic distances, the tested strains were divided into 3 groups. The hcterosis in the crossing comhinations was predicted according to the genetic distance of the parents. The actual results revealed that the yields of different combinations were roughly coincided with that of the prediction. Most of the intragroup combinations were low productive hybrids, while high productive hybrids had been obtained by crossing parents with larger gunctic: distances. Therefore, geretic distance evaluation at molecular level can not only be used in exactly depicting inherited dissimilarity among parent strains but also be considered as an important and effective parameter of selecting parents for hybridization in mushroom breeding.
