摘要
大学生村官政策虽然在全国范围内得到了极大的推广,其成效有目共睹,但目前该政策的执行也遇到了诸多难题,如村官队伍的稳定性较差,队伍的有序流动性不够。我们应将大学生村官政策作为一项长期连续的制度执行下去,各地必须因地制宜,以服务新农村建设为宗旨,不断出台优惠政策,改善他们的条件,发挥大学生村官在新农村建设中的作用。
Although the policy of the student village officer has promoted greatly in the whole country and the effectiveness is obvious to all, the implementation of the policy has also encountered many challenges, such as the stability of the village officer is poor and the orderly mobile of the team is not enough. We should carry out the policy of the student village officer as a con tinuous long term system and suit measures to the local conditions and serve the new rural construction as the aim. We should continuously introduce preferential policies to improve their conditions and try to play the role of the student village officer in the new rural construction.
