摘要
提出了一种圆管倾角渐增波纹翅片的管翅式换热器,利用FLUENT软件对其空气侧的流体流动和换热过程进行了数值模拟,得到了翅片通道中心面上的温度场和压力场的分布情况及平均传热系数、努赛尔数与速度的关系。并将其强化传热效果与倾角均匀波纹翅片换热器进行对比分析,结果表明倾角渐增波纹翅片比倾角均匀波纹翅片的传热效果更好,更节能。
A new kind of fin-and-tube heat exchanger with increase-angle wave was proposed, and its fluid flow and heat ex- change process at air-side were numerically simulated based on FLUENT software. The distributions of temperature field and press field, average heat transfer coefficient, relationship between Nusselt number and inlet velocity in fin passage center plane were ob- tained from numerical simulation. Then comparative analysis of heat transfer enhancement effect between increase- angle wave fin- and-tube heat exchanger and uniform-angle-wave finned heat exchanger were made, and the results show that the former has the better heat transfer effect and energy-saving effect than the latter.
