地埋管换热器传热特性模拟与试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用土壤源热泵试验系统,进行不同埋管间距下夏季连续运行试验,用FLUENT软件建立竖直U型地埋管换热器与土壤间的传热模型,对不同管间距的U型地埋管周围土壤温度场和地埋管换热器传热特性进行了数值模拟,将数值模拟结果与试验数据进行对比分析。通过分析,得到了不同埋管间距对土壤源热泵系统性能的影响大小,以及地埋管周围土壤温度场的变化对地埋管换热器换热性能影响规律,验证了所建立的模型和所用模拟条件的正确性。 Based on the experimental ground source heat pump system, researches of summer continuous operation under differ- ent experimental borehole spacing was done. A vertical U-shaped ground heat transfer model of the heat exchanger and the soil was established by FLUENT software. Characteristics of the soil temperature field around the tube of ground heat exchanger and numerical simulation with different U-tube different buried tube space were analyzed. After that, experimental data and simulation results were compared. Performance affects with different buried tube space and the influence of heat transfer performance of verti- cal buried tube heat exchanger with soil temperature changes were analyzed. The correctness of model established and simulate conditions used was verified.
