摘要
从多花水仙鳞茎分泌物中提取的生物活性物质narciclasine(NCS)能够明显抑制叶绿素合成途径中叶绿素前体δ 氨基乙酰丙酸 (ALA)的生物合成。NCS的这种抑制作用可为 6 BA所逆转。NCS对ALA生物合成的作用与ABA的作用相类似 ,当以NCS与ABA同时处理时 。
It was found that narciclacine(NCS) could inhibit the biosynthesis of δ aminolevulinic acid (ALA), a precursor of chlorophyll, in detached leaves from etiolated wheat seedlings and in etiolated cucumber cotyledons. The inhibition was enhanced by increasing NCS concentration (10 -8 mol/L~10 -5 mol/L)(Figs.1,2). 6 BA could reverse the inhibition caused by NCS(Figs.3,4). Both ABA and NCS could inhibit the biosynthesis of ALA. When the test materials were treated simutaneously with NCS and ABA, there was some additive effect on the biosynthesis of ALA(Figs.5,6).
