摘要
单肺通气可以导致低氧血症和急性肺损伤,对非手术侧肺实施持续呼吸道正压通气(CPAP)是单肺通气管理的一种策略。该文总结了CPAP在单肺通气中的应用情况、实施方法,压力选择和吸入氧浓度的选择等;大量研究证实,单肺通气中非通气侧肺使用CPAP可以有效地提高动脉血氧分压,降低低氧血症发生率;少数研究认为,CPAP可以减轻急性肺损伤。
One-lung ventilation can lead to hypoxemia and acute lung injury. The implementation of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on the non-operation side lung,is a strategy for the management of one-lung ventilation. Here is to summarize the application of CPAP during one-lung ventilation : implemen- tation method,the selection of the pressure and inspired oxygen concentration etc. ;a number of research confirmed that the use of CPAP on non-ventilated lung during one-lung ventilation could effectively improve PaO2 and reduce the incidence of hypoxemia; few research considered that CPAP could reduce acute lung injury.
