摘要
目的:优选何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的提取工艺。方法:利用紫外分光光度法测定何首乌中二苯乙烯苷,运用正交试验设计,以二苯乙烯苷得率为考察指标,筛选最佳提取工艺。结果:何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的最佳提取工艺参数为:温度70℃,提取时间为80min,料液比1:7,乙醇浓度40%。
Objective To select the best extracting procedure for stilbeneglyco side from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. . Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting procedure for total flavonoids from Polygonum muhiflorum Thunb. , and the ex- tracting procedure was selected with the content of rutin. Results The total flavonoids extracting procedure was determined with 7 times of 40% alcohol extracting 80 minutes for two times.
