针对煤泥含量高、介耗高、产品质量不稳定等问题,任家庄洗煤厂通过技术改造,采用了原煤预先脱泥+无压三产品重介旋流器+干扰床联合分选工艺,有效解决了生产中存在的问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
To address the problems of high content of slime, high consumption of medium, and product quality instability, Renjiazhuang coal preparation plant through the technological reformation, using the combined separation process of raw coal pre - desliming ＋ gravity fed three product dense medium cy-clone ＋ teeter bed separator, which effectively solved the problems existed in production, obtained better social and economic benefits.
