摘要
针对重介旋流器工艺技术含量高、环节多、设备先进及调试工作难度大的特点,许厂煤矿选煤厂在调试过程中积极探索,对分选、煤泥水处理、介质回收等系统存在的问题采取相应的措施加以解决,使整个工艺实现了由设计向工业生产的转变。
The heavy medium cyclone had such characteristics as high technical level, multiple links, advanced equipment and difficult adjustment. After the active exploration in adjustment process in Xuchang Coal Preparation Plant, the problems in course of separation, coal slurry disposal and medium recycle were resolved, and it was achieved that the whole process was transferred from design to industrial production.
