摘要
目的观察个体化模式心理干预对化疗期间大肠癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及化疗依从性的影响。方法大肠癌患者随机分为2组,在接受氟尿嘧啶、甲酰四氢叶酸联合奥沙利铂(FOLFOX)方案化疗基础上,观察组接受个体化模式心理干预,对照组接受一般方式心理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2组患者进行测评。观察2组患者心理干预前后患者焦虑及抑郁情绪变化;比较2组患者化疗依从性。结果干预前2组患者SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义;干预后观察组患者的SAS及SDS评分均明显低于对照组。结论以5阶段患者心理理论为基础的个体化心理干预,能缓解患者焦虑与抑郁状态、改善患者化疗依从性,其效果优于常规心理干预。
Objective To observe effects of individualized psychological intervention on anxiety or depression and compliance to chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Patients with colorectal cancer received the FOLFOX chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group （with individualized mode psy- chological intervention ） and control group （with conventional psychological intervention）. SAS and SDS were used to assess changes of negative emotional states in the two groups of patients after psychological intervention. Compliance to chemotherapy were evaluated for the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant difference between observation group and control group before psychological intervention in scores of SAS and SDS. After psychological intervention, SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion The individually psychological intervention based on the five stages-psychologi- cal theory can relieve anxiety and depressive state of patients and improve compliance to chemotherapy. The effect of individually psychological intervention is superior to conventional psychological intervention.
