肝郁—脾虚—肝郁脾虚证模型大鼠胰腺内、外分泌变化的比较观察 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】比较肝郁证、脾虚证及肝郁脾虚证模型大鼠的胰腺内、外分泌的功能状态。【方法】分别采用慢性束缚应激法、过度疲劳+饮食失节法、慢性束缚+过度疲劳+饮食失节法复制肝郁、脾虚和肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型,测定各模型大鼠十二指肠中的胰蛋白酶、胰脂肪酶、胰淀粉酶和血中胰岛素、胰高血糖素、生长抑素及血糖水平。【结果】与正常组比较,肝郁模型组大鼠小肠液中胰脂肪酶和胰淀粉酶均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),脾虚模型组和肝郁脾虚模型组胰脂肪酶和胰淀粉酶均显著降低(P<0.05),3个模型组的胰蛋白酶均显著降低(P<0.01);肝郁模型组大鼠血糖显著升高(P<0.01),胰高血糖素和生长抑素呈降低趋势(P>0.05),脾虚模型组和肝郁脾虚模型组大鼠的血糖和胰高血糖素均显著降低(P<0.05),生长抑素显著升高(P<0.05),3个模型组的胰岛素均显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】肝郁、脾虚、肝郁脾虚三证模型大鼠均存在胰脏功能的异常,但同中有异。肝郁脾虚证大鼠的胰腺内、外分泌功能状态与脾虚证模型基本相同。 Objective To compare the internal and external secretion function of the pancreas in rat models of liver-qi stagnation (LQS), spleen-qi deficiency (SQD) and liver-qi stagnation combined spleen-qi deficiency (LQS-SQD). Methods Rat models of LQS, SQD and LQS-SQD were induced by chronic restraint stress, overtiredness + improper diet, chronic restraint stress + overtiredness + improper diet, respectively. After the modeling, we detected the activities of duodenal trypsin, pancreatic lipase, and amylopsin as well as serum levels of insulin, glucagons, somatostatin and glucose in rats of each group. Results Compared with the normal group, the activities of duodenal pancreatic lipase and amylopsin were enhanced in LQS model group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) but were declined markedly in SQD model group and LQS-SQD model group (P〈0.05), and the activity of the trypsin was declined markedly in the three model groups (P〈0.01). In LQS model group, serum glucose level was increased obviously (P〈0.01) , while glucagons and somatostatin only showed a decreasing trend (P〉0.05). In SQD model group and LQS-SQD model group, serum glucose and glucagons levels were decreased markedly (P〈0.05), and the serum level of somatostatin was increased markedly (P〈0.05). Serum insulin level was increased in all of the three model groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Abnormal pancreatic function has shown in rat models of LQS, SQD and LQS-SQD, and the pancreatic function has difference in spite of the similarity in the three models.
