摘要
利用琼脂糖凝胶为电泳介质,籼稻9311和粳稻日本晴为模板,从756对SSR标记中筛选能够分辨多态性的标记用于籼粳亚种遗传研究。共筛选到176对SSR标记,其在籼粳亚种中的多态性能够肉眼分辨,平均覆盖的遗传距离为10.2cM,并挑选部分SSR标记评价籼粳交群体遗传背景,带型分辨的效果良好。该套标记将使SSR标记的应用更加广泛快捷。
In order to obtain the polymorphic markers for genetic research of rice subspecies,756 pairs of SSR markers were screened by agarose gel electrophoresis,using indica variety 9311 and japonica variety Nipponbare as the DNA template,of which 176 SSR markers showed the subspecific polymorphisms with an average genetic distance of 10.2 cM.Some markers were selected to evaluate the genetic background of indica and japonica rice,and the effect of band differentiation was good.The set of markers would allow the application of SSR markers more extensively and efficiently.
