摘要
目的建立阿拉坦五味丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的诃子及石榴进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法测定诃子及石榴中的没食子酸、鞣花酸的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰。没食子酸在0.05872~1.05696 mg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.15%,RSD=1.3%;鞣花酸在0.07964~1.194 6 mg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为100.02%,RSD=2.3%。结论该方法简便易行,重复性好,可用于阿拉坦五味丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Alatan Wuwei Pill. Methods Chebulae Fructus and Granatii Fructus were identified by TLC. Gallic acid and eUagic acid in Gardeniae Fructus and Granatii Fructus were determined by HPLC. Results The TIC spots developed were clear. Gallic acid showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.058 72-1.056 96 mg (r= 1.000 0), the average recovery was 99.15% (RSD=1.3%). EUagic acid showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.079 64-1. 194 6 mg (r= 1.000 0), the average recovery was 100.02% (RSD=2.3%). Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Alatan Wuwei Pill.
