提高CSP钢水酸溶铝控制精度实践

摘要 针对邯钢三炼钢厂直供CSP冷轧用料SPHCZ钢酸溶铝含量超标问题,分析了主要影响因素。优化炼钢操作,提高钢包透气率;优化精炼过程控制,提高酸溶铝控制精度,SPHCZ钢成品的酸溶铝控制由403ppm降到345.4ppm,过程能力指数由1.67提高到2.22,取得了较好效果。 To solve the problem of acid - soluble aluminium content exceeding the limit in molten SPHCZ steel for CSP cold rolling, the main affecting factors are analyzed. With optimizing steel making operation to increase ladle permeability and optimizing refining process control to raise acid - soluble aluminum control precision, the acid - soluble aluminum control in SPHCZ finished products reduced from 403 to 345.4 ppm, process ability index raised from 1.67 to 2.22, good effect got.
