摘要
涟钢CSP生产线于2004年2月份正式投产以来,钢中酸溶铝的控制不稳定,酸溶铝命中率低。钢中酸溶铝控制过高时,造成铝的浪费;过低则延长了LF精炼炉调铝的时间。据此,该公司进行现场试验、研究,对不同钢种、不同终点氧含量采取不同的调铝工艺,有效提高了酸溶铝的命中率。
Since the CSP assembly line of Liangang on February, 2004 putting formally into production, the control of acid - soluble aluminium in steel wasn't stable, and hitting ratio was low. When the contents of acid - soluble aluminium in steel was very high, could cause to waste aluminium, excessive low, brought about prolonging time of adjusting aluminium in LF refining process. In view of the above, through spot test and research, along with adopting distinct technique of adjusting aluminium to the different steel grade and dissimilar the end -point oxygen contents in steel, the hitting ratio of acid - soluble aluminium was effectively improved.
