摘要 硫磺回收装置开车两年后运行较平稳,长期以来催化剂运行状况良好,但装置经历多次紧急停工后硫磺回收克劳斯催化剂的运行状况较差,需要更换催化剂。尾气反应器中加氢催化剂性能良好,无需更换。本文章介绍克劳斯催化剂和尾气回收催化剂相应性能参数,失效量,换剂方案与装填量。 Sulphur recovery unit to drive a car after two years running a smooth, long catalyst was running in good condition, but as the experience of multiple operation condition of the device after emergency shutdown, the Klaus catalyst for sulfur recovery was poorer, the catalyst need to be replaced. Exhaust gas in the reactor hydrogenation catalyst performance was good, need not change. Klaus catalyst recycling and exhaust catalyst performance parameters, the corresponding failure quantity, change agent and loading quantity.
