摘要
LS-901催化剂是新开发的TiO2基硫磺回收催化剂,经武汉石油化工厂5kt/a装置使用考察,结果证实其具有高活性、局稳定性和高空速运行的特点。在酸性气进料大幅度增加的条件下,第一转化器使用LS-901TiO2基催化剂后,转化器体积可以缩小将近1/3,与原来使用LS-811Al2O3催化剂相比,有机硫水解率可从92%(体积分数)提高到100%(体积分数),尾气中的硫化物含量从0.96%降低至0.71%左右,装置总硫转化率则可从94.6%提高到97%。
The recently developed LS-901 catalyst is an TiO2 based catalyst for sulfur recovery.The commercial application data in the 5kt/a Claus sulfur recovery unit of Wuhan Petrochemical Works proved that LS-901 catalyst possessed the characteristics of high activity, high stability and high space velocity operating. After the original LS-811 catalyst was replaced by LS-901 catalyst in the lst converter,the volume of the lst converter can be reduced by one third. In comparison with LS-811 catalyst, the hy-drolysis of organic sulfur compounds was increased from 92 vol% to 100 vol %; the conversion of total sul-fur can be increased from 94. 6 vol% to 97 vol%; and the content of sulfur compounds in the tail gas wasdropped from 0. 96 vol% to 0. 71 vol%.
