摘要
合成了白魏藜芦醇乙酰阿魏酸酯。以阿魏酸为原料与乙酸酐先制得乙酰阿魏酸,再与二氯亚砜反应制得乙酰阿魏酰氯,然后和白藜芦醇反应合成白藜芦醇乙酰阿魏酸酯,并用IR、MS、1H NMR等方法确证了结构。结果表明:该方法具有工艺简单,产率较高,操作方便等优点。
Resveratrol acetyl ferulic acid was synthesized. Ferulic acid as raw materials obtained by the reaction with acetic anhydride acetyl ferulic acid, acetyl ferulic acid and then with thionyl chloride reaction of acetyl ferulic chloride, and resveratrol with triethylamine as catalyst in acetone solvent, resveratrol acetyl ferulic acid was synthesized. The design and structure of resveratrol acetyl ferulic acid was characterized by IR, MS, and I H NMR and the target product was confirmed to be correct. This method has the advantage of simple process, high yield and easy operation.
