摘要 由于轴系的扭振可以看作扭振信号对匀速转动轴的相位调制,对采集的回转轴的振动信号的相位进行解调可得到扭振信号。在希尔伯特变换原理应用于轴系扭振测量分析的基础上,采用能量算子法对采集记录的回转轴的振动信号进行相位频率解调,准确分离出了扭振信号及其瞬时震荡的全过程,且误差非常小。仿真实验表明,该方法具有较好测量分离效果。 Shafting torsional vibration can be regarded as a torsional vibration signal modulating the phase of the uniform rotation shaft, so phase demodulation of the vibration signal collected from the rotating shaft can get the torsional vibration signal. We use the energy operator method to demodulate the phase and frequency of the shafting vibration signal based on Hilbert transform principle used in the measurement of shafting torsional vibration, which not only separates the torsional vibration signal and in- stantaneous shock process accurately, but also generates very small errors. The simulation experiment shows that this method has good performance in the separation and measurement.
