摘要
住房保障就是通过市场、社会、互助、家庭等各种方式满足社会成员的住房需求,保障社会成员的住房权利。基于这一认识,住房保障制度体系由住房社会保障制度、住房自力保障制度、住房互助保障制度、住房家庭保障制度和住房其他保障制度共同构成。不同的构成部分,其制度目的、实施手段和实施内容都有不同。
Housing security means that demand for housing will be met and housing right will be guaranteed through a variety of market,social,mutual aid,family etc..Based on this understanding,the system of housing housing law is composed of social security,automatic security,mutual security,family security and other housing security system..To make a complete ＂ housing security law ＂ is the key to construct a higher level system of housing housing law in china.
