摘要
利用有限元法并结合三维压电理论,分析石英晶体板的厚度剪切振动。首先,通过改变石英晶体板的长度尺寸和导电胶半径大小以及支座间距,得到考虑添加导电胶支座后各种不同因素对石英晶体板厚度剪切振动频率的影响曲线;然后,通过与自由振动时结构变化对频率影响的比较,分析导电胶对振动模态的影响。
The thickness-shear vibrations of quartz crystal plate have been analyzed by finite element method with three-dimen- sional theory of piezoelectricity. Through altering the length of plates, radius and the distance between conductive adhesive sup- ports, the frequency curves with different parameters and the consideration of the effect of support are obtained. The effects of conductive adhesive support on vibration modes also have been given by comparing frequency with that of free vibrations.
