摘要
压电陶瓷问世不过几十年,然而发展非常迅速,压电陶瓷振子的应用日趋广泛。为了更深入研究压电振子的特性,在ANSYS的软件平台上,对压电圆陶瓷片振子进行建模仿真;利用有限元分析方法,得到压电圆陶瓷片的多阶振动模式。再根据谐振理论,对其输入导纳-频率关系进行分析,结合模态分析结果文件进行筛选,得到了压电陶瓷圆片径向振动频率,最后通过理论分析和实验测试,验证了仿真值比理论值更接近测试值。相对传统的振动模式分析方法,此方法更为简单、准确、直观。
The piezoelectric ceramics has come out just for scores of years, but it develops very quickly, and the piezoelectric ceramics vibrator is applied more and more widely. To study the characteristic further, based on ANSYS software platform, the round piezoelectric ceramics disks models are built and the simulation experiment are made. Many kinds of vibration modes are presented by the Finite Element method. The radial vibration frequencies are presented. Lastly, through the theoretical analysis and test, it is validated that the simulation values are more similar to the value of the test than the theory' s . Compared to the traditional analysis methods of vibration mode, the method is more simple, exact and directly perceived.
