摘要
效率与公平是人们孜孜以求的目标,高校实施绩效考核重能力、重业绩、重贡献,教师之间的竞争加剧使教师普遍感到不公平。高校教师的公平感受若不能保持在较高的水平上,将影响绩效考核的有效性。高校须在绩效考核关键环节的路径选择上打"组合拳",以增强高校教师的绩效考核公平感。
Efficiency and fairness are the goal pursuing by people.The university's performance appraisal emphasizes teachers' ability,performance and contribution,which increases the competition among teachers and makes them generally feel unfair.If university teachers' sense of fairness cannot be maintained at a high level,the performance appraisal's validity will be influenced.The university should play "combination punching" in the route selection of the performance appraisal's key link to increase teachers' sense of fairness on performance appraisal.
