摘要
为研究某汽车混合空气悬架的侧倾特性,在Adams/Car中建立该悬架系统刚柔体耦合的动力学模型,确定该混合空气悬架的常用车轮跳动行程和台架侧倾仿真试验方法.以安装横向稳定杆和拆除横向稳定杆2种状态作为仿真工况,用Adams/Car完成该悬架系统在常用车轮跳动行程范围内的台架侧倾仿真,得到悬架侧倾刚度与车轮跳动关系曲线,探讨横向稳定杆对该型悬架侧倾稳定性的影响.结果表明,该台架侧倾仿真模型可用于确定该混合空气悬架系统在不同系统状态下的侧倾特性以及悬架系统设计校验.
To research the roll characteristics of an automotive compound air suspension system, a dynamics model considering the coupling of rigid bodies and flexible bodies is built in Adams/Car, and the common wheel hop range and a bench simulation experiment method are determined. Two simulation conditions, installing a stabilizer bar and removing stabilizer bar, are chosen to simulate the bench roll of the suspension system within common wheel hop range, the relation curves of suspension roll stiffness and wheel hop are obtained, and the effect of stabilizer bar on the roll stability of the suspension is discussed. The results indicate that the bench roll simulation model is suitable to the determination on the roll stability of the compound air suspension system under different system status and suspension system design check.
