摘要
对所设计的一台专用轿车制动盘自动平衡机的主轴为研究对象,运用虚拟样机技术,用Solid Works进行建模,ADAMS软件为主要分析工具,在各种虚拟环境中模拟主轴的运动及受力情况,进行动态仿真研究,快速分析多种设计方案,进行了物理样机难以进行或根本无法进行的试验,直到获得系统的优化设计方案。虚拟样机技术的应用贯穿在整个设计过程中,从而简化了产品的设计开发过程,缩短产品开发周期,减少产品开发费用和成本,获得优化的和创新的设计产品。
Taking an auto-equilibrium-machine of a brake dish of a special car as research object,and making use of technique of virtual kind machine and the ADAMS software as main analytical tool,the kinematics and dynamics of the whole product are analyzed in various virtual environment by Solid Works.The dynamic simulation of machine system is researched and various design projects are analyzed quickly.Experiment is done,which is quite difficult or impossible to be realized by physical kind machine.A optimal design project of the system is decided.The virtual kind machine technique is applied through whole design process,thus the design of the product development becomes convenient.The period of a product development is shortened,and the costs of the product development is reduced.
