摘要
良好的学术规范是情报学学术繁荣发展的前提和基础,受到了业界人士的高度重视。通过对情报学学术规范的研究,旨在促进情报学学术的健康发展。一方面从情报学的学理上分析了其内涵,其涉及精神、行为、物质三个层面,是一个丰富的体系,另一方面结合当前的情报学学术规范存在的一些主要问题,提出了相应的解决对策,如应当加强学术道德、学术体制、社会监督建设等方面。情报学学术规范的建设是一项任重道远的工作,需要我们高度重视,从而促进情报学学术的长远发展。
Highquality academic standardization is the premise and foundation of the prosperity and development of information science academic, which gains great attention by information science industry delegates. In this paper, based on the research of the information sci ence academic norm which is aimed at promoting the healthy development of the information science academic. On the one hand, the au thor analyzes the connotation of information academic norm from the theory of information science. As a rich system, its connotation in volves three levels, such as mental, behavioral and substance. On the other hand, the author combines with some main problems which exist in the current information science academic norm, and puts forward the corresponding solution countermeasures, such as strengthe ning the constraction of academic culture, academic system and social supervision. The construction of information science academic norm is a huge work, we need to pay great attention to it, so as to promote the longterm development of the information science academic.
