摘要
对SMC的材料特性及工艺特点进行分析,研究了在乘用车上大型开闭件的轻量化结构设计运用,并对SMC的经济投入及轻量化效果进行对比分析。说明SMC的轻量化运用意义。
The material and process character of SMC is analyzed, and the lightweight design of closure structure in passenger vehicle field is studied. Then the cost and lightweight effect are con- trasted. The significance of the application of SMC is showed.
