摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈与数理统计方法,从边远少数民族地区中、小学校开展"阳光体育运动"内容与民族传统体育文化资源的开发视角上对其进行调查分析与对策研究,以期构建适合于民族地区中、小学校阳光体育运动内容体系,充分调动学生的体育参与意识,因地制宜地开展学校"阳光体育运动",对当前学校体育教学改革,对传承与发展传统体育文化具有较强的实用价值和深远的历史意义。
Literature review, questionnaire survey, interview and statistics research methods are adopted to investigate and analyze ＂Sunshine Sports Movement＂ carried out in middle schools and primary schools of remote minority areas and the cultural resources of minorities traditional sports in order to construct a content system that is suitable for Sunshine Sports Movement in middle schools and primary schools of minority areas, fully mobilize students＇ sports participation awareness, and implement Sunshine Sports Movement ac-cording to regional characteristics, which is of practical and profound significance to the current physical education reform and the in-heritance and development of traditional sports culture.
