摘要 随着社会对旋压产品精度要求的提高,数控旋压机床对手轮的功能也提出了更高的要求。分析了双旋轮旋压机床数控系统对手轮功能的特殊要求,在IMAC400所提供的位置跟随功能的基础上,给出了基于"PC机+运动控制器"的开放式数控系统和手轮的硬件系统,提出了手轮的普通调整功能和在线调整功能,分析了两大功能的基本原理,结合IMAC400内置的PLC技术和Visual C++6.0技术,设计了手轮功能控制程序,实现了手轮的普通调整功能和在线调整功能,提高了产品的精度,并且得到了成功的应用。 With the demand of high precision spinning products, the requirements for handwheel function become higher. The special requirements for the CNC spinning machine were analyzed. The open architecture CNC system and handwheel hardware system were put forward based on PC and motion-controller with the position following function provided by IMAC400. The handwheel ordinary adjusting function and on-line adjusting function were come up, the principle of the two functions were analyzed. Control program for the handwheel function was designed with PLC and Visual C + + 6. 0. The handwheel function for CNC spinning machine was real- ized, the precision of the spinning products was increased and it was used in practice successfully.
