摘要
文章提出了一种可重构数控系统设计方案。该方案采用了将数控系统控制单元、驱动单元等分别设计为独立的标准卡件式结构,通过总线联结,根据不同的应用需求,灵活地改变自身体系结构的设计方法。采用该技术方案设计的数控系统具有硬件普适性,通过更换处理器控制平台或配置不同的软件代码,即可实现不同设备的控制功能,从而减少硬件开发上的投入、缩短产品开发周期。
In this paper, a design Method of the reconfigurable CNC system is proposed. This method adopts a structure of dividing control units and driving units into standardized stand-alone cards. Different cards are connected by bus. System structure can be changed flexl'bly according to the specific needs. The hardware of the CNC system designed with this method can be applied for multi-purposes: by changing CPU platform or configuring different software codes, control functionalities for different devises can be achieved, cutting-down hardware investment and shorten the design cycle of CNC products.
