摘要
讨论了含氟化钙的主要含钒矿物为金云母的石煤直接酸浸过程中可能发生的化学反应,并进行热力学分析和建立浸出反应模型。结果表明,氟离子强化石煤提钒浸出的机理是氟与铝、硅生成AlF52-和SiF62-,从而降低金云母被破坏的自由能,使其更易溶解,其破坏过程是分步进行的。
Possible chemical reactions during direct leaching of vanadium from stone coal with calcium fluor- ide were discussed. The main vanadium-bearing mineral was phlogopite. The thermodynamics was ana- lyzed and the leaching reaction model was established. The results show that the mechanism of calcium flu- oride to enhance leaching of vanadium from stone coal is that reacting with aluminum and silicon fluorine generates 成AlF5^2- and SiF6^2- to decrease free energy of phlogopite breakage and facilitate dissolution of va- nadium-bearing phlogopite. Phlogopite is broken step by step.
