摘要
风力发电机组选型不仅关系到风电场建设造价,还影响投产后的发电量和运营成本以及上网电价,在风电场的设计和建设中很重要。提出了一种风机选型辅助决策系统的设计方案,服务于风电场建设的机组选择、建设和运营分析工作,并给出量化、非量化等参考指标以及分析报告。系统集成了传统选型方法,同时加入新的层次分析法优化模型,并采用实际案例进行演算,验证了新方法的可靠性,有利于用户准确、高效、客观地得出风机选型方案。
The type selection of wind turbine is related to not only the construction cost of wind farm, but also the operating cost and power output when putting into operation, as well as the pool purchase price, therefore, it is very important in the process of the design and construction of the wind farm. This paper presents a design scheme of decision assistant system for type selection of wind turbine, using for the unit select, construction and operation analysis of wind farm construction, and gives analysis report. The system integrates the traditional selection method, adds the new AHP optimization model. The paper makes the calculations using the actual case, and verifies the reliability of the new method, which is beneficial to the user to obtain a selection plan accurately, efficiently and objectively.
