摘要
目的:利用高能电子束特征,发挥其在放射治疗中的作用。方法:通过电子限光筒和铅挡块的配合使用,合理优化高能电子束的性能。结果:高能电子束的正确应用,对表浅病变如皮肤病变、胸壁、内乳淋巴链、颈部表浅淋巴结等疾病有着很好的疗效,并能进一步巩固X线在放射治疗中的重要地位。结论:随着医疗技术和直线加速器的不断发展,高能电子束在临床上的广泛应用越来越受到关注。
To make use of highpower electron beam in radiotherapy. The electron applicator and lead block were used to optimize the performance of highpower electron beam. ~ Highpower electron beam had a satisfactory curative effect on superficial lesions such as dermopathy, lymph node in chest wall, internal mammary and neck. Also, it could promote the application of X ray in radiotherapy. ~ Highpower electron beam will draw more and more attention for clinical application with the development of medical technologies and linear accelartor.
