摘要
为建立稳定的pA级直流电流源,采用了基于电离法建立的恒流源系统,该系统包括γ射线辐射场和空腔电离室系统.利用γ辐射场对电离室辐照产生稳定的电离电流作为电流源的源头.结合环境参数采集装置、高增益负反馈单元和控制系统对直流恒流源的重复性和稳定性进行测量.测量结果表明,该恒流源系统的重复性相对标准偏差为0.04%和半年内的稳定性相对漂移为0.18%,表明可用于提供稳定的pA级直流恒流源.
A method of ionization was adopted to produce pA direct constant current.The system of the pA DC current includes theγ-ray standard radiation field and standard ionization chamber system.The principle of DC constant current source based on ionization method is introduced.The cavity ionization chamber irradiated in theγradiation field produce the stable ionization current.Combined with environmental parameter acquisition device,negative feedback high gain unit and control system,the repeatability and stability of DC constant current source were measured.The comparative experiment with the Electrometer Keithley 6517 was carried out.The measurement results show that the repeatability relative standard deviation of the measurement system is 0.04%and the relative drift ofstability within half a year is 0.18%.This system have the possibility to provide a stable pA level DC constant current.
