超声造影剂在动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 超声造影技术是超声医学发展进程中的一次革命性飞跃。近十年来,超声造影剂的快速更新提高了超声诊断的特异度及敏感度,并成功介导了药物及基因的传输,实现了靶向治疗。超声造影剂在动脉粥样硬化(atheroscierosis,AS)的诊断及治疗中的应用受到越来越多的关注,本文对其研究进展作一综述。
