摘要
目的:评价不同处理方式对不同义齿材料表面白色念珠菌生物膜的清除效果。方法:制备1.3mm×20mm×10mm义齿材料试片共120片,并在其表面培养白色念珠菌生物膜。根据清洁方式不同分为4个大组(n=30):A组(对照组),B组(机械处理组),C组(化学处理组)和D组(复合处理组)。再按选用材料不同将每个大组分为3个小组(n=10):a组(热凝树脂组),b组(镍铬合金组)和c组(钴铬合金组)。将清洁处理后的试片浸入液体培养基中进行残留生物膜培养,运用菌落计数法评估不同处理方式的清洁效果。结果:Aa组白色念珠菌生物膜残余量最高,Dc组最低。结论:化学处理和复合处理方式对白色念珠菌生物膜的清洁效果最佳;与钴铬合金和镍铬合金相比热凝树脂表面的生物膜最不易被清洁。
Objective: To evaluate the clearance effect of Candida biofilm formed on different prosthesis materials by different denture hygiene methods. Methods: One hundred twenty specimens (1.3mm×20mm×10mm) with Candida albicans biofilm were used in this study. According to different cleaning methods, 120 specimens were di vided into 3 main groups of 40 each.. A group (control) ; B group (mechanical treatment) ; C group (chemical treat ment) and D group (combined treatment). Specimens from the four main groups were randomly distributed into three equal subgroups according to different prosthesis materials: a group (heat--polymerized acrylic resin; b group (Ni--Cr alloy) and c group (Co--Cr alloy). After the cleaning, the specimens were immersed in liquid medium for residual biofilms re--growth, and estimated by colony forming unit enumeration. Results.. The amount of residual biofilms was the highest in Aa group, and the lowest in Dc group. Conclusion: Chemical treatment and combined treatment have the best clearance effect of Candida albicans biofilms. Biofilms was the most difficult to be cleaned on heat--polymerized acrylic resin surface compared with Co--Cr alloy and Ni--Cr alloy.
