摘要 目的:探索健康青少年戴用正畸固定矫治器前后口腔念珠菌菌群的变化规律。方法:采用病例自身对照的方法,对研究对象在固定矫治前后的口腔念珠菌菌群进行检测,纵向研究固定矫治器对念珠菌菌群变化的影响。结果:戴固定矫治器后2个月青少年口腔念珠菌混合带菌者比例、总菌落数量有明显增加,念珠菌种类也有明显变化。结论:固定矫治器可引起青少年口腔念珠菌菌群的变化。 Objective:To compare the oral Candidas'presence and variance before and during treatment of fixed orthodontic appliances (FOA) on teenagers. Methods: The microorganism samples were taken before and after orthodontic treatment by culture of identification and molecular biology techniques through self-controlled method. Thus, the effects of orthodontic appliance on oral pathogenic yeasts were longitudinally studied. Results: The percentage of people who carried some kinds of Candidas and the sum of colony forming unit was increased obviously after orthodontic treatment for 2 months. The sort of oral Candidas before and after treatment was also changed obviously. Condusion: Fixed orthodontic appliances can influence oral pathogenic yeasts in adolescence.
