摘要
目的:探讨辣椒素受体(TRPV1)在银屑病皮损中的表达及其意义。方法:采用半定量RT-PCR检测12例银屑病皮损和10例正常皮肤中TRPV1的mRNA表达;用免疫组化方法检测TRPV 1在32例寻常性银屑病患者皮损及20例正常人皮肤组织中的表达水平。结果:半定量RT-PCR结果显示银屑病皮损中TRPV1的mRNA水平较正常皮肤表达下降[为正常皮肤的(69.8±4.3)%,P<0.05];20例正常皮肤的表皮角质形成细胞均有TRPV1蛋白表达(100%),32例银屑病皮损的表皮角质形成细胞TRPV1蛋白表达显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:辣椒素受体在银屑病皮损的表皮角质形成细胞中表达下降,其可能参与银屑病皮损的形成。
Objective： To investigate the expression levels of TRPV1 in psoriatic lesions and its significance. Methods： TR- PV1 mRNA levels in 10 normal controls and psoriatic lesions from 12 patients were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The expressions of TRPV1 protein in 32 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 20 normal controls were assessed by immunohis- tochemistry. Results： The levels of TRPV1 mRNA expression were significantly reduced in psoriatic lesions than in normal controls （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of TRPV1 in keratinocytes from 32 psoriatic lesions was lower than that from 20 normal controls （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The expression levels of TRPV1 in psoriatic lesions were decreased in comparison with the normal controls. TRPVI may be involved in the formation of psoriatic lesions.
