辣椒素对寻常型银屑病皮损中P物质及表皮生长因子的作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究辣椒素对寻常型银屑病的疗效及其作用机制。方法:外用0.025%辣椒素霜6周治疗寻常型银屑病患者26例;用放射免疫方法检测治疗前后皮损中P物质(SP)及表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达。结果:辣椒素霜治疗组治疗后皮损中SP及EGF表达均明显低于治疗前及对照组(均P<0.05);对照组治疗前后皮损中SP及EGF表达均无显著改变(均P>0.05);辣椒素霜治疗组总有效率80.77%,显著高于对照组(总有效率35.00%,P<0.05)。结论:辣椒素通过降低皮损中SP及EGF的表达,抑制表皮角质形成细胞的增殖和真皮血管炎性反应,从而发挥其治疗寻常型银屑病作用。 Objective: To investigate whether capsaicin is effective for treating psoriasis vulgaris and explore the therapeutic mechanism. Methods: Patients with psoriasis vulgaris were treated with topic capsaicin cream of 0, 025% for 6 weeks. Substance P (SP) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in the lesions of the patients before and after treatment were detected by radioimmunoassay, Results: The expressions of SP and EGF in the lesions of experimental group post-capsaicin treatment were significantly decreased (all P〈0005) when compared with those pre-capsaicin treatment and those of control group post-placebo treatment. The expressions of SP and EGF in the lesions of control group before and after treatment with placebo had no significant changes (both P〉0. 05). The overall efficiency of 80.77 % in experimental group was significantly higher than that of 35. 00% in control (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Capsaicin plays a therapeutic role in psoriasis vulgaris through decreasing the expressions of SP and EGF in lesions and subsequently inhibiting the proliferation of keratinocytes and the inflammatory reactions of vessels in derma.
