主要介绍了航空航天用交联F40绝缘导线的生产过程,包括挤出设备、挤出工艺、辐照交联、辐照后续处理以及标识等方面。重点探讨了挤出设备中螺杆结构的特点,挤出工艺温度、速度及重要参数的控制,辐照交联试验分析、辐照程序的控制、辐照后续处理的试验及必要性,以及导线表面标识印字的工艺和方法。
The production process of crosslinking F40 insulated wire for aerospace, including extrusion equipment, extrusion process, irradiation crosslinking, post-irradiation processing, and labeling etc. are mainly introduced. The characteristics of the screw structure, the control of extrusion temperature, velocity, and important parameters, irradiation crosslinking testing and analysis, the control of irradiation process, the testing and necessity of post-irradiation process, as well as the labeling process and method of insulated wire surface are discussed emphatically.
