摘要
采用超声加热法合成了五配位硅化合物,并考察了超声辐射时间和脉冲方式对其产率的影响;以所得的五配位硅化合物为原料合成了苯乙烯基四配位硅化合物,并用其对沉淀法白炭黑进行了表面改性;采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、综合热分析仪、接触角测定仪和激光粒度分析仪对改性前后白炭黑的结构、形貌进行了表征,并测试了补强胶料的拉伸强度。结果表明:超声辐射10min,递增脉冲方式可使五配位硅化合物的产率达到84.5%;随苯乙烯基四配位硅用量的增加,改性白炭黑的水接触角逐渐增大;当四配位硅用量为白炭黑质量的10%时,用其补强的硫化硅橡胶的拉伸强度最大,达到6.71MPa;改性后白炭黑团聚现象明显改善,粒径分布变窄,团聚体平均粒径显著减小。
The influence of ultrasonic radiation time and pulse mode on yield of penta-coordinated silicon synthetised by means of ultrasound and heating are investigated. The surface of precipitated silica was modified by styryl-tetra-coordinate silicon based on penta-coordinated silicon. The structure and morphology of both non-modified and modified silica were characterized by Fourier transform infrared analysis,simultaneous TG-DTA/DSC apparatus,contact angle apparatus and laser diffraction size analysis. Tensile strength of methyl vinyl vulcanizates reinforced with precipitated silica was tested. The results show that yield of penta-coordinated silicon with incremental pulse reaches 84.5% under ultrasonic radiation for 10min. Static contact angles of modified silica increase with the dosage of modifier. The maximum value of tensile strength of vulcanizates reaches 6. 71MPa in the condition,when dosage of modifier is 10% of the mass of silica. The dispersion is significantly improved and the average particle size of aggregate is observably reduced with narrower distribution.
