某复合绝缘子生产线职业病危害因素的识别、检测与分析

摘要 目的对复合绝缘子生产线在生产过程中的职业病危害因素进行识别、检测与评价,探讨绝缘子生产线的职业病危害控制关键因素,为同类工艺职业病危害的预防和控制提供依据。方法以某输变电设备生产企业为调查对象,了解复合绝缘子的生产工艺流程、使用原料、辅料、产品,识别生产工艺过程中存在的职业性有害因素,对该公司复合绝缘子生产线可能存在的职业病危害因素进行检测。结果复合绝缘子生产线主要职业危害因素有气相白炭黑粉尘、玻璃纤维粉尘、噪声及工频电场。该生产线职业病危害关键控制点为下料、混炼与芯棒切割岗位,关键控制因素为气相白炭黑粉尘和噪声。结论建议相关岗位采取有针对性的工程措施和个人防护,减轻职业危害。 Objective To identify, detect and evaluate the occupational hazards generated in the productionprocess of the composite insulator line, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of relative occu- pation diseases in similar process. Methods An electric transmission and transformation equipment product enterprise was selected as investigation object to understand the production process of composite insulator, crude materials, auxiliary materials, products, identify and detect occupational hazardous factors existing in the production process. Results Main occupational hazard factors of composite insulator production line were fumed silica dust, glass fibre dust, noise and power frequency electromagnetic field. The critical control posi- tions of occupational hazard were material preparation, mixing and mandrel cutting post, key controlling fac- tors were fumed silica dust and noise. Conclusion We suggest to take corresponding engineering measures in dangerous positions and take personal protection to reduce occupational hazard.
