摘要
景中村不仅作为居住空间而存在且承担了部分景区的功能,因此其在空间组织、经济结构、社会关系等方面与一般村庄存在较大差异,具有特殊性。本文通过对杭州西湖风景区龙井村的调查,总结其在"景"、"村"双重属性作用下土地使用、建筑空间、交通设施以及社会网络关系等方面的演变特征。着重归纳了"村"与"景"在空间上的矛盾,并针对矛盾提出以"景村再和谐"为目的的建议性策略,以利于西湖风景区景中村空间的和谐发展,同时对其他同类景区居住社区的保护和发展有启发作用和借鉴意义。
Apart from being a residential place, the village in the scenic area is also part of the scenery. Consequently, it substantially differs from ordinary villages in spatial organization, economic structure, social relation, etc. By examining Longjing Village which is located in the West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou, this paper tends to analyze the evolution features in terms of land use, construction space, transport facilities, and social network. The paper also summarizes the contradictions between ＂village＂ and ＂scenery＂, and proposes the strategies that are aimed at the re-harmonization of ＂village＂ and ＂scenery＂, in the hope of facilitating the coordinated spatial development of the village and the West Lake Scenic Area and providing reference for the preservation and development of other residential communities in scenic areas.
