摘要
针对协同设计活动成熟度进行了研究,提出了一种以"任务的关键支撑要素成熟度系数"为衡量指标的协同设计活动成熟度评价方法,将设计活动分解为若干设计任务,综合考虑完成每项设计任务所必需的支撑要素的重要程度和该要素的成熟度,建立了任务在关键支撑要素方面的成熟度矩阵,定义了设计活动的总成熟度的计算方法,并成功应用该方法将某航天器构型布局设计活动的成熟度提高了18.57%。
In order to promote the maturity ratio of collaborative product design activities,a critical supporting element of task maturity indicator is presented.It resolves a design activity in several design tasks,and takes both the importance and maturity ratio of the necessary supporting elements into account.The maturity ratio matrix is built for task by critical supporting elements,and by which the final maturity ratio of the design activity is defined and calculated.As a result,the method is applied in the design of configuration and layout in the scheme phase for a spacecraft,and it helps to increase the maturity ration in 18.57%.
