摘要
黄河万家寨水利枢纽有限公司万家寨水电站投产发电后先后进行了真机厂内部分黑启动试验、3号机组带内蒙古局部电网黑启动试验以及5号机组带山西北部电网黑启动试验。针对水电机组带电网黑启动过程中存在的交流电源消失后厂内蓄电池最长持续供电时间,保持调速器压力油罐的油压,励磁系统产生自励磁,孤网运行模式调速器保持稳定,计算机监控系统、调速器及励磁系统之间的协调问题,减小主变压器励磁涌流对发电机的冲击以及保护、自动装置的处理方法等关键技术问题,进行了分析并提出了解决方法,以保证机组黑启动时机组和电网的安全稳定运行。
After Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station put into operation, the black start test of true generator in hydropower station, the black start test of unit 3 supplying Inner Mongolia local power grid and the black start test of unit 5 supplying northern Shanxi power grid in succession were conducted. For several key technical problems in hydropower unit black start process supplying power grid, such as the longest continuous power supply time of the battery in station after the disappearance of AC power, keeping hydraulic pressure oil tank of speed governor, excitation system generating self-excitation, speed governor remaining stable in isolated operation mode, the coordination problems among the computer monitoring system, the speed governor and the excitation system, reducing the impact of the main transformer inrush current to generator, and the processing methods of protective gear and automatic gear, make some connected analysis and put forward solutions, to ensure the safe and stable operation of unit and power grid as black start.
