摘要
著作权登记制度具有重要意义。我国现有的著作权登记制度的法律性质、法律效力不明确,缺乏统一的著作权登记体系,救济制度不健全。应借鉴域外先进经验,明确著作权登记的性质和效力,建立统一的著作权登记机构,统一著作权登记的内容和程序,建立著作权登记救济和赔偿制度,从而完善我国著作权登记制度。
Copyright registration system has important significance.The legal nature and legal effect of our country＇s existing copyright registration system are undefined,and it lacks unified copyright registration system,the relief system is not perfect as well.We should learn from advanced foreign experience,define the nature and the effect of copyright registration,establish unified copyright registration agencies,unify copyright registration contents and procedures,and establish copyright registration relief and compensation system,so as to perfect our country＇s copyright registration system.
