摘要
文中从言语行为的角度出发对法庭中法官、律师的语言进行了分析,总结出法庭言语行为的几个构成性原则,并对这几个主要的构成性规则进行了阐述。
This essay analyses the language of the judges and the lawyers in the court from the perspective of speech act and makes a conclusion that there are several constitutive rules in speech acts in the court and makes an explana- tion for them.
