摘要
归纳总结农业可持续发展的含义,阐述1996年以来江苏粮食单产水平、粮食总产量和粮食生产区域分布三方面的现状,根据江苏省粮食生产情况,选择了农业资源禀赋、农业投入水平、农业资源转化水平三方面指标,构建了江苏省粮食生产可持续发展能力的评价指标体系。根据1996～2011年统计数据,应用主成分分析方法,对江苏省粮食生产可持续发展能力进行分析,研究结果表明江苏省粮食生产可持续发展能力不强,但近年来呈持续增强的态势,可提升的空间较大。最后针对性地提出了稳定和扩大粮食播种面积、加强农业基础设施建设、提高农业科技水平、提高农民种粮的积极性以及保护生态环境等实现粮食生产的可持续发展的对策。
Summarized the concept of agricultural sustainable development,analyzed grain per mu yield level,the total output of grain and grain production area distribution since 1996 in Jiangsu province.According to Jiangsu province grain production situation,selected three indicators about the agricultural resources endowment,agricultural investment level,the level of agricultural resources transformation,established an evaluation index system of grain production capability of sustainable development in Jiangsu.According to the statistical data of 1996-2011,analyzed grain production capacity for sustainable development in Jiangsu by principal component analysis method,the results showed that the sustainable development in Jiangsu province grain production capability of sustainable development is not strong,but in recent years the situation continuous enhancement and grain production capability of sustainable development can improve the large space.Finally putted forward to realize the countermeasures of grain production the ability construction of sustainable development in Jiangsu is to stabilize and expand the grain sowing area,strength the agricultural infrastructure construction,improve the level of agricultural science and technology and modern equipment level,improve the enthusiasm of farmers＇ and protect the ecological environment.
