摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemiclupuserythematosus，SLE）是自身免疫介导的以免疫性炎症为突出表现的弥漫性结缔组织病。SLE患者普遍维生素D水平较低，维生素D缺乏对SLE病理生理和临床结局影响尚不完全清楚。现将1，25（OH）2D3免疫调节活性与SLE的研究进展综述如下。
