摘要
为了提高我国粮食综合生产能力,推进现代农业建设,为国家粮食安全提供坚实支撑的东北四省区"节水增粮行动"已实施一年多。从项目规划设计、建设实施和运行管护等方面剖析了"节水增粮行动"实施过程中存在的主要问题,并对今后工作提出了几点建议,供政府、厂商、设计部门和用户借鉴和参考。
In order to improve China＇s comprehensive agricultural productivity and promote modern agricultural construction, the ＂Action of Water Saving and Grain Increase＂ in Northeast China, which will give firm support for national food security has been implemented for more than one year. The main problems of design, construction and management of irrigation projects during the implementation were analyzed in this paper. And several suggestions for the future work were put forward, which can provide references for government, manufacturer, designer and user.
